Prisma client calls must be conducted in a quiet, private environment. Please make every effort to ensure the following:
No background noise.
Nobody else should be in your work space. Privacy is critical.
Use your computer/laptop vs. the phone app for conducting calls.

Invoices will be generated by Prisma. There is no need to generate or submit invoices yourself.
Within the first few days of each month, Prisma will generate invoices for all billed minutes from the month before.
Once invoices are generated, you will be notified via Slack and email that your invoice is ready to be reviewed by you. To review, simply log into Boostlingo, navigate to the invoice button on the left and select the invoice with the most recent date. From there, you can review to ensure it is correct. If your invoice is correct, no action is needed. If you feel your invoice is incorrect, please notify the Prisma team via Slack and we will work to revise.
Whether your invoice was reviewed by you or not, all invoices will be sent to accounting at the end of the day on the 5th of every month. Once the invoice has been sent to accounting, no additional changes can be made, so please ensure you review your invoice before end of day on the 5th of each month.
Payment terms are net 30-days.
